268 meters, fully capped! Wujiang New Landmark!

On July 6th, with the completion of the final concrete pouring, the main structure of the sixth phase of the Hengli Suzhou Bay Environmental Enterprise Center project was successfully topped out. This means that the comprehensive topping out of all main structures of the project has made milestone progress towards the overall goal of completion and delivery.


The Hengli Suzhou Bay Environmental Enterprise Center project has a total construction area of 1.27 million square meters and is divided into 6 sections for simultaneous development and construction. As of now, all main structures of each section have been capped. The first phase has been completed and delivered in August 2023, and the other phases are expected to be fully completed and delivered according to plan. The project includes a super high-rise scientific research office building, a super high-rise business office building, a service-oriented talent apartment, and supporting commercial facilities. After completion, it will form the Suzhou Bay waterfront building skyline together with existing buildings in the Suzhou Bay CBD area. (Source: Wujiang District Integrated Media Center)
