The key project of Nanjing, the Nanjing Software Valley Smart City Software Industry Base, has been successfully completed, contributing to the creation of the national demonstration zone for China's software industry in Nanjing and promoting the innovative high-quality development of Nanjing.
The project is located in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, with a total construction area of about 199,000 square meters It consists of six office towers and commercial supporting podiums, integrating R&D, office, and living facilities. It marks the gradual realization of the pillar-level of the software valley as a national "billion-yuan software industry base", the second batch of national " National Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation Demonstration Base", and a national industrialization demonstration base.
The project integrates the design concepts of "urban scenery" and garden-style office space. The tower and podium are set as two "L"-aped blocks along the street, with each orientation facing green spaces. The exterior facade incorporates diagonal elements and dynamic gradient diamonds, achieving a rhythmic window opening pattern and a rich skyline. The building is divided into five height segments, creating a stepped facade and distributing landscape resources from top to bottom, showcasing the "new and special characteristics of Nanjing Software Valley.
